Welcome Madison area Vendors, Artists, Crafters, farmers, and Homesteaders! Bald Top Brewing Co and Rural Madison Inc. are proud to present the 2017 Hops & Homestead Festival, featuring local seasonal produce, fine arts, hand made and hand decorated crafts, homesteading and agricultural demonstrations, live entertainment, food, and children’s activities. This 1 day festival is a family oriented event designed to promote the rural nature of Madison County and surrounding areas. The festival will be advertised locally and in Central and Northern Virginia by TV, radio, flyers, newspapers, magazines, and social media. The Festival is a great opportunity for regional high-quality vendors artisans producers and crafters of handmade arts, crafts, produce, and products. All art vendors are juried, ensuring that you’ll be in good company. The price for most 10′ x 10′ booths is $75; discounts are offered to 501(c)(3) nonprofits, or to vendors having scheduled crafting/skills/homesteading demonstrations.

Bald Top Brewing Co. is a destination farm brewery in Madison, VA. The nano brewery specializes in crafting unique, delicious beers in a variety of styles and flavors. Located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Tap Barn overlooks acres of rolling pastures and houses live music and a rotating roster of food trucks every weekend.
Rural Madison is a 501(c)(3) non-profit citizen’s organization dedicated to thoughtful planning and policies for sustainable growth, stewardship of our natural, cultural and historical resources and the protection of the rural character of our region.
